Since the Family Arts Festival was first celebrated in
Spring 2001 to mark the opening of the new Children's Gallery, the festival has grown to be a welcome
family event in the Roseville area. The outdoor event features quality, hands-on art projects for children of all ages and performing arts presentations by children, youth and adult performers. The event is FREE and
open to the public.
