For the second time in three years, First Bank's Cathi Ruff has received the Ambassador of the Year Award from the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce.   She was recognized during the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce 2013 Business Excellence Awards event on January 4.   Ruff, a financial service representative at First Bank's Lincoln Crossing branch (109 Ferrari Ranch Road), also captured the Ambassador award in 2011.
