- On Tuesday July 12, Virgil Xavier Bordner, 22, of Sacramento plead guilty to three charges including involuntary manslaughter and two counts of selling a controlled substance to a minor and admitted the special allegation of inflicting great bodily injury in the fentanyl death of Rocklin teen Zachary Didier. - The Sacramento Bee has the most detailed account, so far, regarding the fatal traffic incident involving ex-Placer County CEO Todd Leopold and Inderkum High Senior Anthony Williams. Names and details were redacted, but the story is much more clear about how the incident occurred. It is a heartbreaking story for all involved, regardless of the details. - Did you notice the police and fire department presence at Granite Oaks Middle School in Rocklin on Monday? It was a drill to help keep your kids safe during the upcoming school year. "School's out and they're (schools) great venues for training because it's more realistic," said Rocklin Police Captain Scott Horrillo.
