Session 2 of a 6 week series dedicated to women's empowerment, hosted by Sierra Mental Wellness Group, a non-profit counseling agency.
This session will be lead by Betsy Bateson, Nutrition Coordinator, El Dorado County Office of Education, and she will walk you through quick, and easy ways to improve your nutrition.
$5 donation per session and child care is available for $5/child (ages 4-13) for those who register in advance. A raffle is held at the end of each session and those who attend all six sessions will be entered into a grand prize drawing.
