This program will feature staff from Placer County Health and Human Services who will explain the details of the Act including eligibility, coverage and enrollment. Open enrollment for the Act begins 10/1/13 and is effective 1/1/14. Free admission. Open to all. Light lunch provided at 12:30PM.
