  1. Our Roseville Cemetery will participate in Wreaths Across America on Sunday, December 18th at noon and is looking for volunteers to help lay more than 1,000 wreaths to honor deceased veterans.   2. Marketing students at William Jessup University in Rocklin are getting some “real world” experience this semester as they create a marketing strategy for an innovative license plate company. Reviver has created a digital vehicle license plate that can track your vehicle, change the background graphics on your plate and automatically renew your vehicle registration, all through an app. Reviver CEO Neville Boston praised the Jessup students for their professionalism and their “target avatar” marketing concept.   3. The nation’s new infrastructure bill has passed and the race is on between municipalities seeking funds to fix various woes in their regions. The Sacramento Area Council of Governments is sharpening its arguments to get funding for projects like widening Highway 65 in Placer County, adding express lanes on Interstate 5 to Sacramento International Airport and extending light rail routes from Downtown Sacramento to Natomas.
