Once the employer decides to fill the position, they usually are looking for the best prime fit candidate, which means they are willing to pay whatever the salary desired may be (of course within reason). Employers will never put everything on the table so there is definitely room to negotiate. Remember closed mouths usually don’t get fed.

Mother’s Day Weekend Sign Waivers
Times: Friday, May 11, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.; Saturday, May 12, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.; Sunday, May 13, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Position: Sign waiver
Duties: To attract customers by waiving sign and dancing.
Requirements: Dance moves and previous sign waiving skills is a plus.
Compensation: $10 per hour.

Duties: Provide quick friendly customer service, provide purchase assistance, keep shelves stocked and may be assigned to other zones on the sales floor.
Requirements: Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts; understand and respond to basic customer and employee inquiries; operate store equipment; interpret price tag and UPC information. Must complete all Lowe's training requirements.
Duties: Manage all operations and sales aspect of the store, training, development and customer service.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 3 years prior retail management experience, knowledge of variety merchandising (BIG BOX is a plus), strong communications and a team player.
