Dinner and a Movie: 'Hit and Run' is Cinematic Crime
Bad acting, clunky car chase scenes, saucy language and perverted violence are all things to describe this week's review.

Editor's Note — Dinner and a Movie gives you a quick review of a new movie, where and when it plays in Roseville and a dinner idea to go along with it.
Dinner: For dinner, try something quick and easy. How about ? There are two locations. Try the carnitas burrito, which one Yelp reviewer raves about.

Review: Dax Shepard plays a reformed bank robber living with his girlfriend and real-life fiance Kristen Bell. When they go on a trip to LA for a job interview, the fun begins in "Hit and Run."
The two are being followed by Tom Arnold, an official overseeing Shepard's Witness Protection Program, and they are also being stalked by Bradley Cooper, who plays a scumbag low-life in desperate need of some confiscated property.

This car-chase movie is not for the easily offended. In fact, just about everyone, on some level, should be offended. This brand of comedy is not even slapstick, it's just vicious in nature.
If you are a huge fan of muscle cars, you may find this film amusing but it's still questionable with the price of admission. The flick-o-meter gives "Hit and Run" a two out of five. The chase scenes are amateur at best, acting is below par and the comedy, well, it's pretty rancid. That's just how I see it.
