As you prepare for the holidays, so are local retailers. In an effort to help you out, we've created a special holiday Help Wanted edition. For the next couple of weeks, we will feature both holiday and seasonal job opportunities.

Position: Seasonal cashier

Duties: Complete sales transactions accurately, keep a clean work area, recommend complementary products and participate in loss prevention controls.

Requirements: Experience working as a point of sale cashier, retail experience, able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs.

Duties: Keep stockrooms organized, handle shipping orders for customers or other stores and manage inventory on the floor.

Requirements: Retail experience, able to lift up to 50 lbs and can work a flexible schedule.

Duties: Answer phones, assist customers, offer advice regarding merchandise, and handle any asset protection issues that may arise.

Requirements: At least 1 year of retail experience, comfortable working with customers, product knowledge and sports knowledge is helpful.
