Have you been frustrated trying to buy a home? Relief is on the way.
The number of homes on the market has been a hurdle for the current year (2013 in case you've been in a funk for 8 months). That has now changed and it's great news for many frustrated buyers. We've fought, put in offers, fought again and couldn't find the right home.
There are more homes available now then have been so far this year in Roseville and I encourage you buyers to seek out a lender for a NEW approval letter (rates have changed and therefore so has the amount of which you are qualified).
