- More than 21,000 registered nurses from Kaiser Permanente are scheduled to strike on November 21 and 22 in what could be one of the largest private-sector nursing strikes in U.S. history. The nurses are protesting "the administration's refusal to address their ongoing concerns about workplace health and safety and chronic short staffing." Kaiser in Roseville is one of the locations that will be striking. The nurses gave notice so that alternative plans could be made for patient care. (Roseville Today)
- Are you ready for a holiday season of fun, Roseville? You'll find everything from tree lightings to ice skating to visits from The Big Guy himself in this listing from Roseville Today.
- If you're interested in buying a home in the new Seasons at Mason Trails, tours of two new model homes will be given. According to the developer, Richmond American Homes of California, "prospective homebuyers and area agents are encouraged to schedule a tour of the new Pewter and Sunstone model homes at Seasons at Mason Trails for Saturday, November 19, or Sunday, November 20, between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m." Check 'em out and let me know how they are!
