  1. Hey basketball fans, fighting traffic and scrambling for parking in downtown Sac is for serfs. Ride to Sacramento Kings games this season in royal style with other fanatics on the Game Day Express with non-stop service from Roseville to Golden 1 Center. Tickets go on sale today!   2. Local U.S. Marine Sgt. Tyler Andrews of Folsom, who was injured in the same attack in Afghanistan that killed Marine Sgt. Nicole Gee of Roseville, just underwent his 21st surgery. He remains at a medical facility in Germany where his family is at his side. No specifics have been released about Andrews' injuries. (CBS Sacramento)
  3. Governor Gavin Newsome signed seven new laws targeting homelessness in California on Wednesday. Most of the funding from the initiatives will go to local governments, with the caveat that they have a plan in place for spending the money. The new approach also prioritizes projects that service homeless people with chronic health conditions. (KCRA 3)
  4. Fourth-graders are so fun! And having one in your family could be your free ticket to even more fun this year with a California State Park Adventure Pass. Applications are open now for the pass which waives day-use fees at 19 California State Parks for the fourth-grader and up to three adults, siblings, friends - basically anyone in your car. (Fox 40)
