Merryhill Preschool in Rocklin Donates PJs, Books and Socks

Students at Merryhill Preschool in Rocklin recently donated 45 pairs of pajamas and 21 books to KidsFirst Roseville, as well as 89 pairs of socks to The Joy of Sox, an organization that provides socks to various local homeless shelters. The donations were the result of schoolwide donation drives, during which students collected items to benefit those in need during the holidays. Students celebrated their contributions with a visit from Santa at their school. Through their efforts, students learned the importance of giving back to others in need.

KidsFirst Roseville is a nonprofit, community-based organization operating counseling and family resource centers that empower, educate and strengthen families through prevention, early detection, intervention and treatment programs. The Joy of Sox works with a mission of providing new socks for the homeless.
