Merryhill School Students in Sacramento Make Valentine’s Day Cards for Children in Area Hospitals
Students from 10 Merryhill Schools in the Sacramento area came together for the Star 106.5 FM Valentine’s Day Cards for Kids initiative this week. Students created more than 500 handmade Valentine’s Day cards with messages of love written inside. Cards will be delivered to local hospitals on Valentine’s Day by 106.5 Morning Show Host, Greg Tanner. The cards are intended to bring a smile to children staying in area hospitals who won’t get to experience traditional classroom parties that take place on Valentine’s Day.
