New Retirement community provides in-demand care services to expanding senior population

The first wave of America’s 77 million baby boomers entered their senior years in 2011, expanding the number of U.S. residents over the age of 65 to 41.4 million. Due to the high demand for local retirement options, the community opens with roughly 85 percent of its 80 private apartment homes occupied. A full staff of licensed vocational nurses, care managers, medical technicians, maintenance technicians and administrative workers have also been hired from the local community. Oakmont of Roseville is open for tours seven days a week from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
 
At Oakmont of Roseville, physical, intellectual and emotional wellness is the foundation of a gratifying retirement.
