The real estate market in our area is changing rapidly. Consider:
- Median sale price is down 10% since May
- Sales volume has declined by about 25%
- Mortgage rates have increased faster than at any point in the last 40 years
Changing markets present opportunities. And whether buying, selling or investing, to find those opportunities you need a Realtor with deep local knowledge and an understanding of the latest market data and trends.
