Patio Party Celebrates Tequila

Whether you like to sip it slow, drink it on the rocks, prefer it blended or as a margarita, it’s all about tequila at . Each month, the restaurant and tequila lounge features a distillery of the month and up for July will be Milagro Tequila.

This month’s event will be a “best of summer” party to feature Milagro Tequila cocktails, unlimited margaritas, unlimited street tacos and botanas. Guests will also get a Milagro tasting.

Try a Milagro Blanco cocktail at home with this recipe, courtesy of Tres Agaves:

Summer’s Miracle

• 1.5 ounces Milagro Blanco
• 2 ounce cucumber/cilantro puree
• .5 ounce lime juice

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass. Add ice and strain over fresh ice into a Collin’s glass. Top with soda water and garnish with lime wedge.

Cucumber/Cilantro puree (used in above cocktail)

• 1.5-2 large English cucumbers, peeled
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 750ml agave nectar

Puree ingredients in blender with agave nectar. Finely strain. Yields about 20 cocktails.
