Roseville Police arrested 50-year-old Oleg Tarasuk of Roseville following a that took the life of a pedestrian. Tarasuk was arrested on suspicion of DUI causing death or injury, and gross vehicular manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol, Roseville Police report. Shortly after 8 p.m. Aug. 14, Roseville Police received a call of a reckless driver. Tarasuk reportedly stopped at a recycling area on Washington Boulevard. When police arrived, Tarasuk fled from police. , who died at the scene, according to Roseville Police. The pedestrian has been identified as 26-year-old Gregory Louis Delacampa of Roseville. Tarasuk is being held in the Placer County Jail on $275,000 bail.
