Roseville Community Development Corporation Seeks Board Member

Share your vision for Downtown Roseville by joining the corporation. Applications are due by June 22.

Information from the City of Roseville:

The Roseville Community Development Corporation, or RCDC, a nonprofit established to implement the city's economic and revitalization goals, is seeking individuals interested in serving as a board member to complete a vacant three year term that will expire February 2014.

Applications will be accepted until June 22. Following an interview with RCDC staff, the RCDC Board will recommend a candidate to the Roseville City Council for appointment in August.

Per the bylaws of the Corporation, prospective board members must file a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) as required by the California Fair Political Practices Commission. Applications that are submitted without this form will be considered to be incomplete.

Applicants shall have relevant experience in development, financing, and/or business operations.

Interested individuals may obtain application forms from the RCDC’s website at
www.rosevillecdc.com or at Roseville City Hall in the City Manager’s Office at 311 Vernon St.

The deadline for submitting an application is 5 p.m. Friday, June 22. Applications along with a resume and Form 700 can be submitted to the RCDC in person at Roseville City Hall in the City Manager’s Office, 311 Vernon Street or via US mail to: RCDC, P.O. Box 696, Roseville, CA 95678.
