Roseville Libraries Extend Hours to Keep Residents Cool in Triple-Digit Heat
They're extending library hours to give people a cool place to be this weekend.

It could get at hot as 108 degrees in Roseville this weekend, according to the National Weather Service. And if you need relief from the heat, the City of Roseville is encouraging residents to visit the Roseville libraries. Hours at three city libraries will be extended to offer residents a cool place to gather.
The Downtown Library at 225 Taylor St., Maidu Library at 1530 Maidu Drive and Martha Riley Community Library at 1501 Pleasant Grove Blvd. will stay open until 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 10 through Sunday, Aug. 12
Temperatures are expected to be high this weekend in Roseville. The National Weather Service predicts Saturday will be the hottest with a high of 108 degrees; Friday and Sunday are expected to reach 105 degrees.
