Missing 8-Year Old Found Safe (UPDATE)
Joseph Naugle, 8, went missing and was found safe.

UPDATE, 5:32 p.m. - Joseph Naugle has been found safe.
"An area resident found him, hiding," police spokeswoman Dee Dee Gunther said by email.

Roseville Police are asking for the public's help in find an 8-year-old boy who may have wandered off from a birthday party in the Diamond Oaks neighborhood Saturday afternoon.
The boy has been identified as Joseph Naugle, who police say was last seen near Grider Drive and Murray Way around 1:45pm Saturday. Naugle is described as blond, with blue eyes, 4 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 70 pounds. He is wearing Camel shorts and no shirt.
Anyone who may have more information about the child's whereabouts is asked to contact Roseville Police at 916-774-5000
The police department issued the following press release at 4:52 p.m.:
Roseville Police and Roseville Fire units and neighboring law enforcement aircraft are looking for an 8-year-old Roseville boy who was last seen at about 1:30 p.m. this afternoon in the area of Grider Drive and Hanisch Drive, in the Diamond Oaks area of Roseville.
Joseph Naugle, age 8, was at a swim party when he became upset and ran away from his mother. Joseph is a white male, 4'8" tall and 70 pounds, with buzz-cut blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing green camouflage swim trunks, with no shirt or shoes. He has some medical issues and walks with a limp when he gets tired. He's not familiar with the Diamond Oaks neighborhood.
