Our neighbor, Sacramento? Number 50. (CBS News)
  2. A jewelry thief has been on the loose in Folsom for a while now. This week, Folsom police posted a picture of an alleged suspect on Facebook. In the heist, a woman with an Eastern European accent tells the victim it's her birthday and she "drapes the victim in fake jewelry while simultaneously removing the victim’s authentic jewelry." Police believe the suspects are also trying to sell the purloined jewelry in the area. (ABC10.com KXTV)
