  3. Do you know someone in Placer County who doesn't own a tablet computer, who is 60 years or older and who is willing to participate in an occasional survey? This Chat Program is free and comes with a free iPad, free connectivity, free training and support on how to connect with family, friends, and others on various apps. It's designed for shut-ins to combat isolation, loneliness, depression and health problems. Great program! (City Councilmember Scott Alvord via Facebook)
  4. Are you interested in the arrests that have been made in Placer County? Gold Country Media has a summary of each of them, including where they happened and what the offense was. Good news! On the three days reported, only three of the arrests were in Roseville. (Gold Country Media)
