Roseville Tattoo Artist Arrested on Suspicion of Committing Sexual Acts on Customers

Zechariah Carr was arrested on suspicion of committing sexual acts on at least two of his customers at local tattoo shops.

A tattoo artist from Roseville was arrested on suspicion of committing sexual acts with at least two of his customers at tattoo studios where he worked, according to the Placer County District Attorney’s Office.

District Attorney investigators and Detectives arrested 38-year-old Zechariah Carr Aug. 8 and is being held in Placer County Jail on $250,000 bail.

Carr has worked at numerous tattoo studios in Placer and Sacramento counties, according to the District Attorney’s Office.

He was arraigned on Aug. 10 and his next scheduled court appearance will be at 8:30 a.m. Aug. 17 in Dept. 43 at the in Roseville. Ā
