  1. A 42-year-old Rocklin man and a 3-year-old boy were seriously hurt in a rollover accident on Highway 65 on Thursday. Witnesses said that the driver was speeding and driving erratically when the car "went airborne and flipped multiple times." Traffic was not impacted as the car landed well off the roadway.   2. Beautiful sounds will be coming from the Rusch Park Community Center in Citrus Heights this evening. Capitol Pops Concert Band is hosting "Sounds of the Season," a free holiday- themed concert.   3. SmartAsset named Roseville 18th among growth cities in the U.S., out of 494 of the largest cities analyzed for the study, which looks at metrics such as income, GDP and unemployment. "During the last five years, the community [of Roseville] saw more than 12 percent growth in the number of businesses, 14 percent rise in population, and 18 percent increase in much needed housing units."
