- An 18-year-old was arrested after falsely claiming to represent a charitable organization, as he attempted to sell candy to unsuspecting victims. Stephone George was also found to be carrying an unregistered, loaded, concealed firearm, according to Roseville PD. “The 'candy scam' is frequently used to sell items for exorbitant prices under the guise of charity. - Hey, did you know that Skatetown Ice Arena is one of the top 10 best ice rinks in the country? It's true! According to Yelp, Skatetown rates as the 10th best in the U.S. and Canada.
