Stand Up Placer is hosting Stand Up and Dance!, a disco-themed 35th
Anniversary party, on Saturday, February 8, 2014. The event takes place at the Rocklin
Event Center, 2650 Sunset Blvd, Rocklin, from 7-10pm. Tickets are $100 per
person and include dinner, dancing, and more dancing! Four community leaders
will be honored for their contributions to Stand Up Placer. All proceeds will
benefit Placer County survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
The focus is on celebration as Stand
Up Placer reflects on its beginnings 35 years ago and looks forward to
providing comprehensive services for Placer County residents in the future.
Guests will enjoy dinner with a nod to 70s classics and have the opportunity to
break out their best moves from yesterday and today on the dance floor. Tickets
