Here are the top three stories in Roseville today:

  1. A Roseville robbery suspect who was arrested on Monday may also be connected to two unsolved cases, say local police. As they were conducting an investigation of a Sunday evening robbery at a department store near the Walmart on Lead Hill Boulevard, Roseville officers learned that their suspect, James Sawyers, 45, may have been responsible for two unsolved robberies in Citrus Heights and that he had been manufacturing guns. Police booked Sawyers at South Placer County Jail on multiple charges, including robbery, drug sales, and weapon violations. (KTXL FOX 40 Sacramento)
  2. A 25,000 square-foot temporary bounce park is coming to Westfield Galleria this summer! FUNBOX is reportedly "the world's largest inflatable park" and features 15 unique zones, play areas, and challenges for people of all ages, including a maze, an obstacle course, a dodgeball course, slides, a ring toss, and a ninja wall. The bounce park will be set up in the parking lot on the corner of Galleria Boulevard and Roseville Parkway for about three months throughout Summer 2022. (ABC10.com KXTV)
  3. Looking to get your Girl Scout Cookie fix? There are over a dozen Roseville locations selling Tagalongs, Thin Mints, and all your favorite sweet treats! Girl Scout teams will be stationed in front of merchants all around town, including Safeway, CVS, Petco, Starbucks, and other stores, for cookie lovers to make their purchases in person.
