Update: Two People Suffer Major Injuries After T-bone Accident
Five people also suffered minor injuries in a two-car collision near Sierra College and Douglas boulevards, according to Roseville Fire.

Two people suffered major injuries following a two-car accident that occurred around 4:50 p.m. today near Sierra College and Douglas boulevards, according to Roseville Fire spokesperson Jeff Carman.
Five other people suffered minor injuries, Carman said. Firefighters used the Jaws of Life to remove at least one victim trapped in the wreckage. All victims were transported to three area hospitals, Carman said. The two victims who suffered major injuries required treatment at the Sutter Roseville Trauma Center, according to a release.
Carman said the accident was a T-bone accident, or side collision.

According to the California Highway Patrol website, the two vehicles involved were a Honda Accord and Chevy Malibu.
Ultimately, 15 firefighters, including two chief officers, responded to the incident.
