Tribal flexibility and dance drills class is taught with your individual goals and comfort in mind. Whether you’re a dancer who wants to improve her range of motion, an athlete wanting to increase flexibility and even out right side/left side differences, or sit in an office all day and want a chance to maintain strength/flexibility balance we would like to invite you to try out this fantastic class.
Taught by Malolo Ryan of Omi Mahina, in addition to her intensive dance studies she has also studied contortion and flying trapeze and is bringing her diverse skill set to Roseville!
This class will be held weekly starting the first Wednesday in March. Join us for a complimentary first class. Bring water, a yoga mat and a friend to get bendy and strong.
