  2. In honor of Trafficking Awareness Month, the Soroptimists of Loomis Basin are hosting a Stop Trafficking Awareness Workshop on Saturday, February 25. The event is free. Coffee and check-ins begin at 8:30 a.m. (Roseville Today)
  3. It seems like we have a never-ending supply of new laws in California that went into effect on January 1 to learn about. Roseville Today is helping us out with a series on these new laws.   4. Del Oro Lady Eagle Wrestling coach Rachel Anderson and her father were struck by a vehicle as they were in a crosswalk in Loomis on Monday. Rachel Anderson suffered significant injuries and her father was killed. The driver of the vehicle allegedly ran a stop sign. The incident is under investigation. (Gold Country Media)
