Williams + Paddon Architects + Planners, Inc. has been a creative force within the for the last three decades. Their designers and architects are responsible for some of city’s highest traffic buildings such as the Civic Center remodel, , renovations to and the design of the SureWest building (formerly Roseville Telephone Company).

This month, Williams + Paddon celebrated 30 years in the community. The firm started as a two-person business – run by Jim Williams and Jack Paddon – and has since grown to employ more than 30 people. Although their offices have shifted locations within the city a few times over the years, their home base has always remained in Roseville.

“This was unusual at the time … all architecture firms were located in Sacramento,” said Jodi Day, business development manager at Williams + Paddon, of the decision to open in Roseville.
