Work Begins To Prepare Vacant Oak Street Site For Future Development Opportunity In City Of Roseville

Remediation, demolition and grading work is set for fall and winter and will prepare the 1.87 acre site for future use.

Prospective projects will be evaluated by the City of Roseville for their potential to provide housing or commercial options that contribute to the vibrancy of Downtown Roseville.

Schedule

Remediation work is scheduled November 8 – December 3. Demolition and grading work are estimated to begin December 6 and continue through January.

Working hours are weekdays, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, equipment, and other unforeseen conditions.

What you can expect

We’re making every effort to minimize disruption. However, you can expect noise in the vicinity as well as large trucks entering and exiting the site.

Areas closed to the public will be marked by signage in advance.
