C&W Services Hires Matt Crews as Vice President of Operations

C&W Services, one of the largest facility services companies in the U.S. and Canada, announced that Matt Crews has joined the company as Vice President of Operations for the West Region.

“C&W Services is committed to a client-focused approach to our operations and organization and I am excited about the expertise that Matt brings to this important region,” said Michael F. Dunn, C&W Services Executive Vice President of Operations.

Matt brings more than 25 years of facility operations, customer relationship management and industry experience to his role. He joins C&W Services from SBM Management Services where he spent eight years, most recently as Vice President, Global Account Management where he achieved key accomplishments with respect to customer retention, top and bottom line growth, process improvement, off-market renewals and overall customer satisfaction. While at SBM, he also held key leadership and operational positions within the Life Science sector while leading the national exterior services program as the subject matter expert. Earlier in his career, Matt founded, owned and operated a design/build firm specializing in commercial and residential outdoor living environments for 15 years.

Matt received his bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from California State University in Sacramento.
