Merryhill Elementary & Middle School Students Donate to Charity

Students at Merryhill Elementary & Middle School in Midtown Sacramento recently held a donation drive for Mustard Seed School, a local emergency school that provides a variety of services to children of families seeking permanent housing. Over the course of three weeks, students collected over 200 items, including books, stuffed animals, blankets, batteries, clothing, arts and crafts sets, and more, which were then delivered to the organization by members of the Merryhill School student council. Through this initiative, students learned the value of helping others in need in their community.
