Merryhill School Students Donate Hundreds of Supplies to Charity

Students at Merryhill Elementary & Middle School in Midtown Sacramento recently held a donation drive for Mustard Seed School, a local emergency school that provides a variety of services to children of families seeking permanent housing. Over the past few weeks, students collected more than 230 items, including toys, games, blankets, clothing and more, which were then delivered to the organization by members of the Merryhill School student council. Through this initiative, students learned the value of helping others in need in their community, especially during the holiday season.
