Merryhill Preschool Students Donate Toys to Children in Need
Students donated toys for children at the Roberts Family Development Center
Students from Merryhill Preschool on Karitsa Ave. in Natomas recently held a toy drive to benefit children at the Roberts Family Development Center’s College Bound Babies Preschool. The students enjoyed a visit with Santa to present the donated toys, followed by a pancake breakfast with their families. The donations provided enough gifts for each child at College Bound Babies Preschool to receive a brand-new toy, and additional gifts were donated to local families and children in the community. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping those in need, especially during the holiday season.
The Roberts Family Development Center’s mission is to provide services with a holistic approach, focusing on early childhood and parent education, economic empowerment and technology literacy.
