Merryhill Schools in Northern CA Donate to Wildfire Victims

Students held fundraisers and collected supplies to support those affected by the 2018 California wildfires

Students at Merryhill Schools in Northern California recently donated more than $2,000 and essential supplies to victims of the 2018 California wildfires. Students at eleven Merryhill Schools worked together to host fundraisers, including lemonade stands, donation jars and bake sales, as well as supply drives to collect blankets, coats, baby items, pet supplies and more. All donations benefited the North Valley Community Foundation Camp Fire Relief Fund and other fire relief efforts. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of giving back to the community and helping others.
