“Funds raised through the NorCal AIDS Cycle are crucial to supporting organizations in the Greater Sacramento region that are dedicated to ending the HIV/AIDS pandemic,” said Robert Norris, marketing leader for the NorCal AIDS Cycle. “Many of our nonprofit partners rely on this funding to sustain their essential services.”

Since its inception in 2008, NorCal AIDS Cycle has raised over $3 million to support HIV/AIDS programs in Northern California, helping numerous nonprofit agencies provide vital services to the community.

“I encourage riders of any skill level to join us for the Pumpkin Pedal. The course along the Sacramento Delta is beautiful in the fall,” Norris added.

The Pumpkin Pedal will offer two fully stocked rest stops with support, gear, food, and first aid. Costumes are welcome, provided they do not hinder riders’ visibility or ability to navigate safely.

For those who prefer not to ride, NorCal AIDS Cycle is also seeking volunteers to assist and support the cyclists during the event.

Donations are always appreciated. To register for the Pumpkin Pedal or for more information about the NorCal AIDS Cycle, visit norcalaidscycle.org.
