2 Deputies Reportedly Shot In Rancho Cordova; Suspect Caught
Two Sacramento County Sheriff's deputies were reportedly shot Monday afternoon in Rancho Cordova. The suspected shooter is in custody.

RANCHO CORDOVA, CA — Two Sacramento County sheriff’s deputies were reportedly shot in Rancho Cordova and the suspected shooter has been caught. It happened Monday afternoon near Folsom Boulevard and Olson Drive and the sheriff's office tweeted that there is law enforcement activity near the area.
Residents and drivers were warned to stay away from the area and Folsom Boulevard will be closed at that intersection.
Further details, including the circumstances surrounding the shooting and the conditions of the officers involved, weren't immediately released.
