1 Injured In Fire In Logan Heights

At least one person was injured in a fire that sparked in a building currently under construction.

SAN DIEGO, CA — At least one person was injured Wednesday in a fire that sparked in a building currently under construction.

Firefighters responded to a fire at a single-story building in the 800 block of South 28th Street, near the Logan Heights library, at around 7:30 a.m., according to the San Diego Fire and Rescue Department.

One person was evaluated for injuries. The condition of the patient was not immediately released.
