1 Killed In Traffic Collision On SR-79
One person died in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and truck on state Route 79, the California Highway Patrol said.
SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA — One person died in a traffic collision involving a motorcycle and truck on state Route 79 Sunday, the California Highway Patrol said.
The collision happened at 3:27 p.m. on SR-79 between Aguanga and Oak Grove near Palomar Mountain, according to a CHP incident log.
A sigalert was issued for the freeway, which was shut down in both directions, the CHP said.
