SAN DIEGO, CA — SeaWorld San Diego's Halloween Spooktacular event returns Sept. 11 with an all-new Baby Shark show, trick-or-treating, family-friendly activities and seasonal entertainment.
The event will run on select dates through Nov. 1 and is included with park admission.
The new Baby Shark Halloween Show will debut at Mission Bay Theater, featuring Pinkfong and the Baby Shark family in a Halloween-themed performance. SeaWorld said the show is debuting exclusively at the San Diego park. Children can also meet a member of the Baby Shark family during meet-and-greet opportunities.
Guests can also participate in Captain Sweet Tooth's Candy Trail, with eight trick-or-treat stations, and attend the new Coral Candy Club Dance Party. Other activities include visits with Spookley the Square Pumpkin and Jack Scarecrow, a waterfront pumpkin patch, mermaid meet-and-greets and a Halloween scavenger hunt.
For a limited time, children ages 3 to 9 can receive free one-day admission with the purchase of a $99.99 adult ticket. The offer is available through October.
SeaWorld will also host Howl-O-Scream on select nights from Sept. 11 through Oct. 31. The nighttime Halloween event will feature six haunted houses, scare zones, live entertainment, themed bars and other attractions.
Guests ages 13 and older may not wear costume masks or hoods, according to park officials. Costumes must follow SeaWorld's regular dress code, and face painting is allowed only when done by park artists.
