SAN MARCOS, CA — North City's outdoor movie night will return Aug. 29 with a screening of "The Lego Movie."
The free event will begin at 5 p.m. with interactive games, crafts and Lego STEM activities in partnership with Play-Well Teknologies. The movie is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. in an open-air pop-up theater.
Families are encouraged to arrive early to claim a spot and bring low-back chairs and blankets. Food will be available from North City eateries including Buona Forchetta, A Lo Fresco, Maya's Cookies, Milonga Empanadas, Draft Republic and J. Brix.
Attendees can also add to and view the Lego city created during North City's "Build a City with Us" activation throughout the week.
