SAN DIEGO, CA — An endangered missing advisory is in effect in San Diego County as authorities search for four young children last seen with their mother in Los Angeles County.
Rayana Mirova, 1, Maryam Mirova, 2;, Zuhui Mirzoda, 5, and Anas Mirova, 9, were last seen around 5:10 p.m. Monday in the 6600 block of Reseda Boulevard near Kittridge Street in Reseda, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP activated the advisory Tuesday on behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department. The alert covers San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
The children were last seen with their mother, Mehrangez Sangalieva, 31, who is subject to a court order prohibiting her from moving the children from their current address while an investigation is underway, according to the LAPD.
Sangalieva and the children are believed to be traveling in a gray 2011 Toyota Prius with California license plate 6SWK678.
Authorities described Sangalieva as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and about 155 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Rayana was described as 2 feet tall and about 20 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Maryam was described as 3 feet tall and about 60 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes.
Zuhui has brown hair and brown eyes. Anas was described as 4 feet, 2 inches tall and about 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information about their whereabouts was urged to call 911 or the LAPD West Valley Division at 818-374-7611. After-hours calls can be made to 877-527-3247. Anonymous tips can be submitted to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477.
