WalletHub released its annual list of the best and worst cities for driving. Two cities in San Diego County were included in the rankings.

SAN DIEGO — WalletHub released its annual list of the best and worst cities for driving. Two cities in San Diego County were included in the rankings.

To determine the most driver-friendly places, experts at the personal finance website compared the 100 largest cities across four key dimensions: cost of ownership and maintenance, traffic and infrastructure, safety, and access to vehicles and maintenance.

Four California cities ranked among the top 10 worst cities for driving. San Bernardino cracked the top 10 at 90th, followed by Los Angeles at 93rd, San Francisco at 97th, and Oakland at 99th.

Locally, Chula Vista ranked 60th and San Diego ranked 66th. Here's the breakdown:

For the second year in a row, Raleigh, North Carolina, ranked as the best city in the country for driving, and Detroit, Michigan, ranked as the worst.
