Bicyclist Injured In Chula Vista Hit-And-Run Crash
Paramedics took the bicyclist to a hospital.
CHULA VISTA, CA — A hit-and-run crash on a South Bay roadway left a bicyclist injured Monday, authorities reported.
The victim, a man in his 60s, was riding north on Bay Boulevard in Chula Vista when a white sedan or SUV struck him from behind near Palomar Street shortly before 11 a.m., according to police.
Following the impact, the motorist continued driving, entering nearby Interstate 5 and fleeing south, Sgt. Anthony Molina said.

Paramedics took the bicyclist to a hospital for treatment of apparently minor injuries, the sergeant said.
