Big Rig Overturns On SR-905 Ramp To I-805

SAN YSIDRO, CA — A big rig overturned Friday morning, shutting down the westbound state Route 905 connector ramp to northbound Interstate 805 in San Ysidro.

The accident was reported around 7 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol's incident log. The semi-trailer truck, which was loaded with water bottles, drove off the road and crashed. The big rig was seen on its side with water bottles on the ground.

No other vehicles were involved in the crash. There were no reported injuries.
