Lumi Rooftop’s Endless Tuna Experience takes place on Thursday, May 28, 2026, as a two-hour rooftop culinary event centered on premium bluefin tuna, live chef demonstrations, and nonstop sushi service. Guests will watch a live carving of a 100-150 lb bluefin tuna by Lumi’s master chefs, then enjoy an unlimited flow of freshly prepared sushi and nigiri, including otoro, chutoro, akami, and specialty cuts.
