North Park Music Fest returns on Saturday, June 6 at multiple venues like Bivouac Ciderworks, Pretzels & Pints, Queen Bee’s, The Office Bar, and True North Tavern throughout the uptown community.
The festival takes places from 12:00 noon – 1:45 a.m., and featured artists include Frankie and the Witch Fingers, Cut Chemist, Brainstory, The Gaslamp Killer, and Sugar Candy Mountain, along with 30 more performers. Venues that are 21+ only require valid ID for entry, and venue entry is subject to their respective capacity limits.
Festival wristbands are $25 (fees included), and they can be purchased here. The price increases to $35 on the day of the event. A $65 VIP option ($75 day of) also is available that includes entry to a private lounge at Granada House to experience intimate performances by Jesus Gonzalez and other special guests, as well as front-of-the-line access at all festival venues, one complimentary drink, and curated appetizers.
As part of the event, the North Park-based Walkabout app is hosting a green room-type experience at Union Cowork to serve as a home base for festivalgoers to connect with one another. The Walkabout green room is only for users of the app, which is free to download and use, and it includes food, beverage, and Zen activation.
The festival also features a free community stage at North Park Mini Park at 3812 29th Street, where performances will take place from 12:00 noon - 7:00 p.m. Additionally, venues such as Bacari, El Comal, Pure Pawsh, Overload, Playground Art + Coffee, and VISUAL art + supply do not require a wristband.
Proceeds from the event support the work of the North Park Business and Neighborhood Foundation, which helps fund beautification projects, public art initiatives, community programs, and efforts that strengthen the connection between community, culture, and commerce in North Park.
Parking is available at the North Park Garage (350 spaces) at 3829 29th Street.
